All event listings, including paid promotions, will be vetted for authenticity and accuracy.  By submitting an event listing, venues and organizers agree to provide accurate, truthful information and understand that LocalNoize reserves the right to reject or remove any event listing that:

• Promotes illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, or false information.

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

• Contains any inaccurate or misleading content.

• Could harm or negatively impact the reputation, image or brand of LocalNoize.

LocalNoize maintains the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an event or promotion is suitable for listing based on the potential impact on its reputation and public perception.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF INCREASED ENGAGEMENT, SALES OR ATTENDANCE

LocalNoize's website and Instagram account are promotional tools.  While we strive to provide exposeure for events, we do not guarantee increased ticket sales, event attendance, or engagement on our social media platofrms.  Event organizers should not expect that listening an event on LocalNoize will lead to a specific outcome, including but not limited to higher ticket sales or more social media engagement.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LocalNoize is not responsible for any incidents, accidents, or disputes that may occur at events listed on our website or Instagram account.  The responsibility for event safety, compliance with regulations, and any issues arising during or after the event lies solely with the event organizers and the venues hosting the events.

LocalNoize does not assume responsibility for:

The safety or security of attendees.

The quality or condition of the venue or event.

Any personal injuries, property damage, or incidents that may occur before, during, or after an event.

By attending an event, users, agree to hold LocalNoize harmless from any and all claims arising from their attendance.

Additionally, venues and event organizers agree to hold LocalNoize harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with their event, including but not limited to safetyy converns, event cancellations, or any incidents at the event.

Typographical Erros and Inaccuracies:

While LocalNoize strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, there may be occasional errors, including but not limited to typographical mistakes, incorrect dates, times, locations or links.  LocalNoize cannot be held liable for any consequences that result from such errors or inaccuracies.  We encourages user to verify event details with the event organizers directly before making plans or attending events.

Event attendees are encourages to exercise caution, use common sense, and behave responsibily while attending events.  LocalNoize strongly advises attendees to priotize their personal safety and well-being before, during and eafter the events.  Attendees should be aware of their surroundings, follow venue rules, and adhere to any safety protocols set by event organizers.  LocalNoize is not responsible for any incidents, injuries, or accidents that may occur as a result of attendees' actions or behaviors at events.

LocalNoize does not sell tickets for any events listened on our platform.  All ticket sales are handled directly by event organizers or through third-party vendors.  Event listening on LocalNoize may include links to the event's ticket platform, but we do not manage or control ticket inventory, pricing, or availability.
